if you want to get technical, u can jailbreak 3.1.3

just not at this moment....as the DevTeam is keeping it a secret so apple cannot fix the hole they found...

Well actually it is possible to jailbreak 3.1.3
You can jailbreak 3.1.3 by using redsnow and the original firmware 3.1.2 file.
The problem is, that the unlock is still impossible with the new baseband.

I say a MOD should get in here and CLAEN UP all these threads about JB 3.1.3 ... There MUST be a dozen or so that ARE REPETITIVE... Some with GOOD info... SOME with BAD Info...
