iphone 3gs Help

I have a 3gs iphone. I unlocked the phone using blackra1n. Everytime I reboot my phone I have to run the program again through my computer. Is there a fix for this problem.

no there is no fix, your phone has the new bootrom and therefore you can only do a tethered jailbreak, meaning everytime you reboot, you have to jailbreak again.
