Blackra1n problem - Cydia

Hello, I thank anyone who can help.

I've done everything up to the point of downloading cydia/rock/etc and everything's fine. When I try to download Cydia the bar just stays at nothing. It doesn't download at all. After a while I get an error message. My wifi is all connected and everything is as it should be.

Error message:
Could not download
Error: Error Domain=NSURLErrorDomain Code=-1001 UserInfo=0x19ffc0"timed out"

If anyone could help that would be wonderful.

Wait an hour and try again. Sometimes it just does that. Try downloading Rock in the meanwhile.
