Jailbroken with Blackra1n + unlocked with Sn0w
-------------------AND--------------------
iPhone 3GS with firmware 3.1.3 (7E18) 32GB
Non-jailbroken, STOCK FW

This is what i want;
DOWNGRADE STOCK FW iPHONE TO 3.1.2 WITH SHSH FROM THE JAILBROKEN iPHONE

This is my question:
Does this work? And if so, how?

No, it won't work. The SHSH is unique per iPhone & Firmware pair.

Ditto to what big9 said. The SHSH hashes are specific to each device.
