stuck in safe mode :-(

i have a jb (tethered) 3gs, i had been using bite sms this morning and sent a text. went downstairs for ten minutes and wheni came back up it said springboard had crashed. I have tried re-springing it and it just wont come out of safe mode!!! Tried re-jailbreaking and its still in safe mode! How can i get it out of safe mode. now its screen is completely black. just ran blackrain not working.......

PLEASE HELP!!!!!

Try holding down Home and Sleep for about 10 sec. The iPhone should reboot and if you are able to access the Homescreen, then try deleting the must recent installed tweak/app from Cydia or Rock.

If this doesn't work, you may need to restore the iPhone. Put it in DFU-Mode, restore it and set it up as new. DO NOT restore from backup.

Does iTunes give any error?

wont allow me to re jb now...stuck on itunes. i know it will av to be tethered.

If you dont write more info about your problem, then I can't help you. Why can't you jailbreak again? What do you mean by "stuck on iTunes"?

its fine now. managed to get it in to dfu mode and then just re-jb. seems to be working fine now.
