Lockscreen Problem

Been having this problem for a couple of days now. I recently restored and re-jailbreaked due to some SMS problem. Fixed that but lately my lockscreen hasn't been shutting off on it's own. Usually it stays on for 7-10 seconds before the screen shuts off from factory settings. But now it stays on constantly until I unlock it to the springboard or shut it off by pressing the power button (manually). I did have that 20 seconds lockscreen from Cydia. Tried reinstalling it, didn't fix the problem, removed it, that didn't fix it either. Any ideas? Does anyone know which file controls the time the lockscreen stays on for so I can look at it via ssh/ifile.

I'd suggest to restore as new and rejailbreak it and try this first.
