Thanks for providing this great forum. I'll surely be a regular here. I'm not a techie by any means but like to learn new things and such. I have jailbroken my 3gs and love it! It was worth doing just for the MYWI application....I have my own business and being able to go online anywhere (provided there is ATT 3g coverage) is incredible. I have a question for the forum, I've been looking around and can't seem to find the answer. I have previous to my 3gs the original Iphone 2g model # A1203. It has no sim card and has been deactivated. The screen says insert valid sim card with no pin lock to activate phone. How can I Unlock then Jailbreak this phone from this state? Thanks to everyone for your help!!!

Hi and welcome to the forum! You might want to search to find the answer. I can't recall if Blackra1n works on the 2G, or if you need to go back to something else.
