Okay, jailbreaked to 3.12 with Blackra1n but...

Everything seemed to work fine. I then used my Aptbackup to "restore" my JB programs. That took awhile but when it was done all of my jailbreak programs were back. Only problem is that now all of my regular apps are gone. What did I do wrong? What's the easiest way to restore them from my Itunes backup without undoing my jailbreak or my Aptbackup restore?

If they disappeared, then your best bet would just be to connect routines and just manually resync them. It SHOULD take care of your problems.

I went ahead and just reconnected to Itunes and it automatically re-synched them back to my phone. Thanks again for the help!!
