Backgrounder + Alarm Clock Apps

I've tried running multiple alarm clock apps in the background but they seem not to work sometimes. Sometimes I will minimize them and they will ring at the correct time while other times the time will pass with them sitting there silently. I've tried to pinpoint the problem but I've concluded that it's nothing that I can control...

Anyone have any ideas as to why this is? I would love to be able to run an alarm clock app in the background as opposed to keeping it open.... thanks!

Why don't you just use the "Clock" application, and set it up in the "Alarms" section?

It seems much easier.
