3GS - Blackrain - normal apps won't start

Just applied the latest Blackrain to an updated 3GS. Everything worked great (so I thought), cydia apps all launched and worked fine. I then tried to load a normal itunes app and it starts and then stops immediately. I finally ended up doing a restore and then installed Blackrain again and didn't install any cydia apps and the normal itunes applications still will not start??

Anyone seen this before?

restore and reJB again but start device as NEW and not backup...try that
