Profile/Jailbreak question

I have small situation I hope someone can help with.
I'm having issues with my voicemail. When people call it says full. I believe this is do
to having 2 - profiles one of which is BenM.at.

I've tried to delete that one but forgot password. (Oops.) From reading other post I gather that since I've forgotten the password the only way to get rid of BenM.at. it is to do a "Restore".

I have 2g 8g iphone w/3.0.1 (7A400). I dont want to update when I restore, because my 2g phone will lose my corporate email sync with version 3.1. So long story for this question.

How can I restore, rejailbreak to 3.0?
All this just to get voicemail back again, unless there is a better way.

Hmm... Have you tried to go into settings and to swipe->delete or uninstall the at.benm profile?

I have it ask me for password.
I'm on my 4th try. And don't want to get locked out of the phone.
