Taking a Jailbroken Phone to Poland

Hello. I am going to Poland in a few months time and I am taking my jailbroken 3g with me. Is there anything I can to my phone that would allow me to use the Internet and email without getting charged ridiculously high charges from AT&T? Is there a program or anything in Cydia that might help me with something like this? I do not think there is, but I thought I would ask.

If you unlock your phone , you can do somethings . When you get to Poland just buy a prepaid Sim card and use that on there services over there . Noe the only thing is you might want to find out the Carriers over and if they will work on the same frequencies as your phone or you might be stuck with having to turn off 3G .
