confussed with SSH and password changes- can someone explain to me please?

Okay, so I did not install SSH on my jailbroken 3GS, but SBsettings has a toggle for SSH?

I think the toggle just comes with sbsettings you can just go into the more settings and turn it off. Just go into Cydia check in programs look under the R and see if openssh is installed. If it is remove it

I tried iphone folders on my iphone 3g 3.1.2, recently broke with blackra1n and when I go in it only allows me to see certain files. No var/root or anything. Am I doing something wrong to access the files for themes and whatnot?: I installed the afc2add in cydia like the site said and still nothing.
