$4.99 and I will definitely get it before the 10 day trial expires (unless it crashes so badly that it bricks my iPhone, which is doubtful)!

Watch the video on their website. You use it to background apps and flow them, rather like WebOS. (Palm will probably sue over it.)

From what I see it works really well!! Make sure not to try and open multiflow while an app is loading. If you do that it will crash your springboard. It does tell you that in the instruction. Like Alli for $4.99 I will be buying this app.

For me it was a memory hog even when not using it. Memory would me consistently drop by 30 mb and level off at around 70 mb. Now that I removed it I level off at around 110mb. Just heads up for people.

Okay. I am confused here. I thought Rock and Installous etc are sites that are bad? Isn't multiflow on Cydia? Maybe it's an older version that no longer works? I see now that Rock is okay. Just trying to sort all these repos out.

I would seriously like to know what repos are "safe" because you see websites saying add this and that repo all the time but if you try it Cydia throws up warnings.

I was just looking for a multifl0w thread to post in about my issue. Multifl0w is now in the default Cydia repos for normal users and is safe. And yes, if you're a "normal user" I'd stick with the default repos.

Rock was the original app store before cydia. Alli's post from the top is from 2009, just to explain the confusion. Someone necro'd the thread.

Oh I should have looked at the date. I thought Rock was gone and had been merged with Cydia but that's "before my time". I figured it had to be fine since it was from Alli.

Thanks I had seen the list Ally made and check it when I feel like I need to add a repo. What makes me wonder now is I needed to get something off the XSellize repo recently then I noticed they mirrored all my paid apps with a "free version". That bothers me... and makes me wonder if everything on there site is cracked.

While it's true that many repos contain cracked apps, they do still have apps that for some reason or another are free and couldn't get into ModMyI or one of the other "official" repos.

An example is a tweak that you can't get off the official repos that lets you use your iDevice as a USB thumb drive.
