Help, springboard crashed, stuck in safe mode, sad iPhone lockscreen

I was in the process of installing a app on Cydia that allows for SMS, phone, calendar and mail on the lockscreen. The springboard than crashed and a message and now is in safe mode. Can't access sbssettings. I've tried turning the phone and on and respring thru winterboard since I can't do it through my sbstoggle. So the phone is in pre jailbreak form now. Exit Safe Mode is on the top of the screen and the ugly sad iPhone lockscreen I so hate.

What do I do besides cry

Go into to cydia delete that app and respring.

Thanks. I did that before I went on here and replied. The app on Cydia was called LockDockBar. My question is why did it happen, was it the app itself or just my unlucky day.
