Best way to download and then load a theme onto the Iphone with Mac OS

Just jailbroke my phone and dont know the best way to download themes and then load them onto my phone. Any help would be appreciated.

You can doenload themes though Cydia or make custom ones and SSH into the phone with the Teriminal app .
