Backing up Jailbroken Apps

What is the best method for a PC user to back up jailbroken apps and their settings.

I tried using AppSync for OS 3.1.2 and it had a couple of errors on the install and ever since my phone has been acting stupid.

I want to back up my stuff so i can reload my phone to factory and then re-jailbreak it

Just log into Rock and it automatically backs up your JB apps everytime...just go to the settings in Rock and make sure its enabled, to do this go to Rock>>Manage>>Settings>>App Backup>>and make sure "Save Packages to Rock ID" is checked. Now, when u reJB and install Rock..u log into Rock with your username and password then restore your JB apps...i did it once and it worked flawlessly!

Then after u reJB...go to Rock>>Manage>>Settings>>App Backup>>and Restore From Backup and your done!!
