Custom SMS or ur on background

I jail broke my 3gs 32g and i was wondering how could i change my backgorund on sms or anywaywhere else on the Iphone 3gs?

Try checking the jailbreak forums for this kind of thing. You can change the background with Winterboard. SMS is more involved, but (wait for it) there's a thread for that.
