New Version

I just opened iTunes and saw there was a new version. Does anybody know if I install the new version if this will affect my Jailbroken 3gs running 3.1.2? II don't think this was a firmware as it stated 9.0.2 and may be a software for iTunes. I was just wondering before i updated so i would not loose my JB.

9.0.2 is safe for jailbroken phones.

3.1.2 is the firmware, 9.0.2 is the version of iTunes.

While it is good to check before downloading a new version of iTunes, the REAL thing to worry about is installing a new version of the firmware.
