openssh for windows?

ya i was skimmimg through treads about themes and how people r tweaking theme and i wanna get into that i have boss paper which allows me to do a few things but i would like to get more n depth im already bored and well i wanna make something thats mine does anyone know of any programs that allow the same kind of results as fugu for mac does on windows ive googled it but if someone has sucessfully done this on windows or maybe knows something let me know just curious

What I usually do is use Iphone Explorer(Mac) or DiskAid(Windows) to browse the file system through the USB cable it's faster than through Wifi and I don't have to turn OpenSSH on and off all the time.
