Phone won't open

ok i hope somebody can help out....

my friend has a 3gs 3.1.2 recently jailbroken....

she was putting a theme into the iphone and when she was just uploading the mobile app folder the phone icon keeps crashing....she has more than 1500 songs and she definitively does not want to do a restore.....

anybody can help, please?

Well does she have those songs in iTunes? If she does, I don't understand why she wouldn't do a restore. all you have to do is resync. it takes all of less than 20 minutes.

as far as anything else, sounds to me like maybe that theme has an issue with the phone.app being labeled funky or something in the springboard not communicating correctly. if she unchecks the theme in winterboard and restarts, does she still have the problem?
