Can I jaibreak with Blackra1n? NooB...

I have an Iphone 3gS with the 3.0.1 software that is already jailbroken by the previous owner, Its also unlocked so i can use it for T-mobile. I really want to update to 3.1 or 3.1.2 . WHAT SHOULD I DO? Any input will be great.

Also I will use windows Vista to jailbreak...

Wait for sn0wbreeze or a PC based Pwnage tool. DO NOT use blackra1n, you will lose your unlock and ability to use it with TMobile.
