how to upgrade to 3.1.2 and blackra1n. help

my phone is currently on 3.0 unlocked and JB before, I would like to upgrade to the newest 3.1.2 and use blackra1n to JB.

how can I upgrade to 3.1.2? ( i know I can't upgrade through itunes)

do i need to unlock again?

At the current time there is no unlock for 3.1.2. So DONT UPGRADE! you will lose your unlock.

If you are using ATT as a service you can go ahead and upgrade and then use blackra1n to jailbreak. If you are trying to use another service (i.e. T-Mobile) just hold tight until either the dev-team or someone else comes up with an Unlock solution.
