Lost all my sources and packages

I was trying to add a new source and I lost everything. I have no sources, no packages and no changes. Anybody have an idea what I did wrong or what the address is I need to add to put in to bring the cydia packages and sources back in.

To be more specific someone suggested hackulos as a good source to put in. I typed in the URL it started to load and came back with an error. Then it said return to cydia. When I did all was gone. I think what I need is the source URL that comes with the initial jailbreak. I am 3GS on 3.0.1 if that matters
