When will 3.1 be jailbroken for 3GS

Has anyone heard of a time frame when jailbreak would be available for the iPhone 3gs on 3.1 firmware

Been searching too but nothing official, keep checking Dev-Team's site. I saw something that Benm will have something around 10/9 hopefully they will bring tethering back.
