MMS / Tethering? **PLEASE HELP

...sorry, I forgot to put this question on my last post.

OK the MMS part is easy, but in the down load it told me:

Welcome to the iphone APN Changer.

This website will help you change your iphone APN. (already asked this one)
Also it will allow you to enable MMS/Tethering for the V3 3G/3GS iphones.

** HOW? After I 'continued' it asked me to 'Select the option you wish to use.

I picked the 'Disable Data (Fake APN) option...was this right? Why do I want it not to connect?

PLEASE HELP THE DUMMBY!
