Cydia crashes on start up

After a crash while updating SBS settings it re-booted my phone, and now Cydia will not open, I've re-booted 4 times now and nothing seems to work, everytime I click on the Cydia icon it starts to open but then crashes.

Is there a way to re-install it without having to do a restore and jailbreaking all over again???

No there is know way to rejailbreak without a restore I have tried it before.

I had the same problem when I jailbroke. Searching around the net suggested that it might have been caused by installing Icy at the same time as Cydia.

The solution was to re-jailbreak without Icy checked. Not to restore first, just to re-run the jailbreak.

Worked for me. In fact, it didn't even remove Icy, which also worked after the second jailbreak.

I did not install Icy as I read about the problems it caused, I'm just looking for a way to get cydia working again without having to do a restore and another jailbreak, I need my phone right now and can't lose all my info again..
