Scroll bar I guess

Hi im new and didnt see this thread so srry if its already been answered, anyways I jailbroke my phone and when you go to cydia, You know the little scroller on the right side the whole alphabet so you can jump to some where faster, well when i hold it there its a blamk scroller and just shoots me all the way to the end of the list, theres no letters or anything so its rreally hard to look for stuff with out that, so please any uggestion would be helpful thank you!!!

does the same on mine.. just don't hit the bar. it gets annoying.. just use your finger and fling the sucker.

So basicly no way to fix it without maybe just rejailbreaking it, I guess ill just live with it lol, just a pain when looking through the list and theres alot and I click it by accident and then have to go back to where I was . But thanks for your time!
