Apps not showing

I have an iPhone 3G that was running 2.2.1, was unlocked and I did a jailbreak via qukpwn.

Yesterday, I did a backup in iTunes; I restored and upgraded to 3.0. Then, I ran redsnow to jailbreak the iPhone and restored the backup.

The process showed that all previous media and apps loaded; however, many of my apps do not appear on the springboard.

Does anyone have a fix for this issue? Thanks for any help. I appreciate it very much.

The exact same thing happened to me and someone came up with a fix in another thread. What you want to do is go into "settings" and then go to "general." Go into "restrictions" and turn them all on, then turn them all off. That should do it. I did this from memory so if it doesn't work, search for the thread and make sure I gave you the correct instructions.
