WinSCP and Cycorder transfer problem!

I am using WinSCP to SFTP my 2g iphone( have openssh installed). I can connect with no problem. However when I try to copy a movie file over that has been recorded with Cycorder it moves very slow or times out on me. I can browse the folders on the iphone lightning quick but when I try to transfer a file to my PC it moves very slow if at all. Anyone have any suggestions? Thanks for your help!
