Default Categories (BigBoss) App Crash/Freeze iPhone alot

I have a lot of apps (4-5pages worth) and wanted to organize them.
My only reason to jailbreak is to use the app "Cateories 2.22-2" but it crashes/freezes my iPhone so much.
I have to force reboot. (holding power/home)

I can manage to make a folder add 5-10 apps before it locks up or freeze requiring me to hard reboot the iPhone.

    How do i fix this?

Tried to look for BigBoss Categories forum but didn't see any.

    Steps i've taken
-iPhone 2.2 restored to factory firmware
    -QuickPwn 2.22 jailbroke
    -Updated Cydia
    -Installed Categories 2.22-2
    -Created folders
    -Added few apps
    -BOOM iPhone locks up.

I don't know about a fix, but I have the same experience with categories.

Here's how I organize my icons:

    1. Install SBSettings
    2. Install Quickgold
    3. Open SBSettings > More > Hide Icons
    4. Turn off the ones you don't use as much
    5. Respring
    6. Hit the home key and use Quickgold to search for apps.

I really like the idea of Categories, but the program is simply to unstable for me to use. I find that just using Quickgold to search is very easy.

I use Stack. Simple and good enough for my use.

and yes, I had the same experience with categories.

I also had the same experience with categories, but once I finally got it set up...it hasn't been a problem.

Yea it seems to crash after adding a decent amount of apps to a folder. It's probably a memory problem. I live with it because I can't go without it. I have over 100 apps. As for Jamesus' method, it would work but I can't remember all my app names so I occassionally need to open the folder.
