I have an iPhone 2G v1.1.3 unlocked and jailbroken. How should I update to 2.2, unlock and jailbreak? What do I do first?

Should I update? or restore? to 2.2 using iTunes? And anyone knows about the settings in the Expert Mode in Pwnage? Please advise.
