    Default Invisible folders in netatalk?

I just jailbroke the 2.2 firmware and installed netatalk, Winterboard, and my few other must-haves. However, when I logged into my phone from my Mac and went to where the themes folder should be (/root/Library/Themes), there is no Themes folder. No problem, said I, and created a new folder "Themes." But my Mac said Themes already exists. I can't see it, and I see no option to reveal hidden folders; I don't even think you can HIDE folders in the Mac OS. Previously the Themes folder was there and I could just drop my own themes into it; did something change with the new Pwnage tool or something?
