I can't imagine that the quality of the call is as good as over a solid high speed wifi connection.

I think it works using 3G Unrestrictor as well. You just add Phone as the application in 3G unrestrictor and then Enable IsDirect flag. This is for those who already have 3G unrestrictor and/or don't like My3G because of Rock or whatever. Personally I don't care. Whatever works and I already bought 3G unrestrictor when I still had my 3GS.

There's a version of My3G on Cydia that installs without Rock.
