Bluetooth audio for video

Interesting one for y'all. I've been trying to come up with a way to be able to use audio from a bluetooth audio source to record to video captured on the iPhone. For example, I've got my iPhone mounted on the bars of my bike and I have a bluetooth headset in my helmet. I want to be able to record video and have the audio coming from the microphone in my helmet.
Anyone ever try anything like this, or have any idea if it's even possible?
