I just installed ITunes and also have factory reset my Ipod Touch. It syncs maybe 1/4 of my songs and then stops syncing. No matter how many times I unplug it or restart ITunes the Sync button is greyed out. Any idea why as I have plenty of room on the Ipod?

    I am using W10.

Have you tried manually loading your music, what format are you using, some have had problems if genius is switched on, also Match if on is causing problems apparently.

I would suggest you to upgrade iTunes and reset iOS devices first, if it still can't work, you can try to sync your iPod with TunesGo which is a perfect program for you to fix your iPod problem.

Or you can use iPhone Transfer which is good at copying data between iPhone/iPad/iPod and computer/iTunes. With this tool, you would no longer have problems in dealing with such issues.
