Can't Sync all Songs for Ipod Touch

Hi

I just installed ITunes and also have factory reset my Ipod Touch. It syncs maybe 1/4 of my songs and then stops syncing. No matter how many times I unplug it or restart ITunes the Sync button is greyed out. Any idea why as I have plenty of room on the Ipod?

I am using W10.

Have you tried manually loading your music, what format are you using, some have had problems if genius is switched on, also Match if on is causing problems apparently.
