Anyway to check iTunes Library for corruption?

One of my vehicles is suddenly not getting along with any of my iPods or my iPhone for that matter.

I am certain it is a problem with the car, as devices work fine with our other vehicle and in other contexts.

However, to get ahead of a question or posture I anticipate, is there any way to check my (rather extensive) iTunes Music Library for corruption or errors?

Thanks.

A Google search revealed an "AppleScript for iTunes" that allegedly, does what you seek. Having said that, the aforementioned script is not associated with Apple and I have NOT download, installed or even used it to verify its claims. Having said that, if you choose to search for it, and then test it out, you'll be doing so at your own risk.
