Why won't iTunes let me buy songs or redeem gift cards?

Itunes wont let me buy songs or redeem gift cards

I click buy song like i always have and it does nothing. I deleted and re-installed and still does nothing. Not sure what else to do

Strange did u chk to see if the song were bought!? Or in your music app? I know when I buy ringtones there's no real confirmation I have to go in settings to check and see if they were actually purchased!

What did you delete and reinstall?
