Locked out after multiply gets. Can't go to I Tunes, no computer. Help

Trying to do factory reset. Git locked out. No computer to go to I Tunes. Help

If you cannot use iTunes and cannot use a computer, then you must take the phone in to the Apple store along with proof of purchase to see if they'll help you. No way around that.

Almost every household has a computer. Go to a friends house and borrow theirs.
