my order was not delivered inspite of payment taken!

Dear Sirs,
I will keep annoying you for an answer! I demand action form iTunes.

In spite of making a purchase, paying and getting your 'confirmation' [details attached below]

This purchased credit never was added to my Skype!
I contacted Skype they checked all details,
it was not delivered to my account by you.
I request a refund, or immediate delivery of the item into my Skype account

You should contact Apple Support. We can't do anything since we don't work at Apple.

If it's anything like my previously experience, it should be sorted quickly.

Hi Anna and welcome to iMore.

I'm sorry that you are having a hard time with your purchase, but the only thing I can suggest is filing a report with Apple for your refund.

Make sure that you include your order number. Also, how long ago was your top up purchased? Some in-app purchases don't show up right away and you might just have to give it some time. Hope this helps.
