Can I move my home screen URLs and folders to a new iPhone?

I've just bought a new iPhone, and used iTunes to restore my back-up to the new phone. My apps and about 60 frequently used URLs were neatly arranged in folders. The transfer has not carried the folder structure or the URLs across to the new phone, and it's going to take my a few hours to reconstruct it all. is there a way of moving the folders and the URLs across to the new phone.
