Apple has a lot of nerve listing Vista as a supported OS, 12.1 crashes on it like every version newer than 11.1.5.

Is the update available through the app store? I'm getting no update notification?

Have you tried to hit update manually? It takes 2-3 days for updates to show on the icon.
