Getting Albums from iPhoto to iPhone?

Hey guys, not sure if this is the best place to post this, since the issue involves iTunes, iPhoto, iOS and OSX Yosemite...

But, ever since upgrading my computer and getting my iPhone6 I no longer have the ability to select albums from my iPhoto app to transfer to my iPhone. Whenever I am syncing my device, if I click 'Photos' it just says "iCloud Photos is on" etc. Is there a way to keep Photo Stream and iCloud on, but also transfer albums? Or do I need to create iCloud albums from my harddrive and then share them with my iPhone and subsequently start downloading them...?

Not right now... there may be when the new Mac Photos app comes out... you can create iCloud albums and upload from the computer to those - and then they'll show up on iDevices.
