Where did "transfer purchases" go in the new itunes?

I am looking for a menu item: In the old itunes you could right-click on the name of the device and get a menu item that said "transfer purchases" -- where did that go in the new version of itunes?

OK, after a couple of searches.... Here is how to do this in Windows --

Press the Alt key to get a hidden menu.

From the hidden menu, pick File -> Devices -> "Transfer Purchases from <device>"
