I need a refund on my movie.

So you purchased a movie or a TV show and it's either not what you wanted or there is an issue with the show. I have had this happen to me. I personally like to us my computer. I have used both email tech support and online tech support, both are good, if you have the time tech support online is very good, you just need to have the time. If you are lacking time then email is the way to go, this way you can get back to them after they email you at your connivence.

So all you need to do is go to the Apple main page, click on support then contact Apple support and get started. The next window is where you make your choice, if it's a show then click on iTunes then iTunes Store. Next you'll want Purchases, Redemption and Billing. Then pick your topic and have at it, let them know what your issues are and await a reply.

Apple is excellent with refunds. I had one recently not with a movie but a iPad app.

I can't say the opposite, they are very good with refunds and listen to your issues.

Got once refunded for a music album including the wrong tracks.
