Question about adding mp3's to iPhone

I switched from Android to iPhone and took all my music from my sdcard copied them to my pc and then synced them from iTunes to my iPhone with no problem. Since I have done that I found more mp3's that I want to add but how do I direct iTunes to those mp3's to add to my iPhone?

Just add them to your iTunes library and sync your phone. Bob's your uncle.
