Syncing your iPhone to another computer on iTunes

I wanted to know if I wanted to sync my iPhone to a friends computer and wanna add a file lets say songs, video and etc.. Is there any way I can do that without erasing everything that I currently have on my phone?

As far as I know it can't be done. It can only be synced with one iTunes library.

Figures just thought there would be a way.. Kinda hard sometimes when I wanna do something to my phone but then have to wait till I can get to my laptop just to add stuff.. That's like the only thing I dislike about iPhone n iTunes

make sure automatically sync is off in iTunes Preferences.

plug in device and choose "Manually Manage Music...

drag the file from the library to your device.

If not downloaded from iTunes it should work
