Sync Problems

Hi,

I have been having trouble syncing my iPhone with my iTunes library, only around 380 of 1000 songs are syncing and I am unsure as to why.

The songs that are not syncing have a symbol next to the tick box when I view the 'On my iPhone' tab.

You can try deselecting the "sync music" tab, sync your phone, then reselect the music to sync and see if that fixes the problem.

I have this problem but with my ipod nano(i think) It's one that wont sync with ICloud.
Can you please help?
When I unsync to remove all music it then only allows half my songs to be put back on then I then sync again with the box ticked.
From the looks of it, it appears that the songs that wont transfer are the ones that arent downloaded from iloud but i cant find away of getting them on my laptop quickly
