    Default If you rent a movie on iTunes does it save to your phone?

    I'm going on a trip and want to watch a couple movies on the flight. I won't have Internet so does that mean I need to "buy" the movie or can I "rent" it and watch it without data capabilities?

    You can rent a movie and watch it while offline. You just need to make sure you download the movie before you lose internet access on the flight. I would try renting, downloading, then turning off wifi and try watching it with your device offline just to test it out before its time to board the plane!

    When you rent it downloads to the device you then have 24 hours from the first time you press play after that 24 hours the movie deletes itself
